If the blues has got you down, you should send them. While there’s nothing wrong with being blue from time to time, there’s certainly no reason to let them keep you at home. Here are ten things you can do to let go of that sadness and enjoy life again!

• Activate your karaoke! Nothing is more fun than singing in or out of tune with other people. This is a certain way to have fun!

• Go shopping! Nothing beats sadness like buying yourself something extra special. Don’t go for the obvious choice either; Make it a task to find the best that you absolutely must have.

• Ride. As simple as it sounds, when you roll down the windows and turn up the volume on the stereo, you’ll find that you start to feel amazing again.

• Go to dance. Visit a club and just be surrounded by people dancing and having fun. There’s nothing like sweating to feel good again!

• Go to the cinema! Don’t stay home, go see a premiere movie that you’ve been dying to see. Now is the time to do it!

• Take a box of dog treats to the dog park and start meeting new dogs. You might also meet a new friend in the process.

• Rent some skates and go. It’s great exercise and can help lift your spirits. Make sure you get the safety gear too!

• The people look. Head to the park and people watch there. Create a stage for everyone present and think of a way you can connect everyone with a larger group.

• Walk through the mall. Sometimes window shopping is just as much fun as real life. In fact, go to luxury stores and try on clothes you could never afford. It can irritate the employee, but it’s a lot of fun.

• Dance in the rain. If it’s not raining, make it rain with your garden house and let it all out. This can be a fun way to relax. People may look at you, but it can help calm your soul.
