I can say from experience that topical fat loss creams are real. They don’t reduce blemishes per se, but they do push “sticky fat” away from those hard-to-lose areas like love handles, lower abs, and man boobs. In men, we naturally retain fat in certain areas due to body chemistry.

There are certain supplements that, when taken in high enough doses, can stimulate the body’s ability to burn these fat stores. The main supplement that works very well for burning “sticky” fat is yohimbine hydrochloride. The problem is consistently taking a high enough dose, ie. If ingested in sufficient quantity, it often causes negative side effects such as nausea and nervousness.

The solution is to deliver the Yohimbine Hydrochloride through a hydroalcoholic gel. Bodybuilders have known for years that this is the solution to absolute definition in problem areas, especially the lower abs.

Many sufferers of pseudo-gynecomastia, ie. Man boobs, you could benefit from transdermal creams if your overall body fat levels are around 10%, but you just can’t seem to get rid of your lower chest fat. Most formulations will have caffeine, as yohimbine hydrochloride will tend to cause you to retain some water at the application site. Caffeine acts as a diuretic.

I have taken Yohimbine HCL orally and via topical cream. I can say that the tablets caused an improvement in sexual function, but nominal weight loss. Transdermal creams made with Yohimbine Hydrochloride worked very well, especially on my lower chest areas.

Having been on testosterone replacement therapy for years, I developed gynecomastia and was often embarrassed to take my shirt off. Since the problem was fat and not a hard glandular cyst, the transdermal fat loss creams helped mobilize the fat and firm my chest overall.

You still need to stick to a very clean diet, with plenty of water, protein, and fasting cardio, but results can be enhanced with topical fat loss creams. I use the cream twice a day after I get out of the shower. It helps if you clean the target area with a body scrub.

The gel has a menthol type of smell and an icy feel to it. I often sweat more during cardio while using the gel as well. There are many before and after photos on bodybuilding forums showing the effects of transdermal gels for fat loss.

For topical fat loss gels to work, you have to be dedicated and diet religiously, but the results are well worth the effort.
