Google will visit these elevated PR websites more often because it considers them more important. Now the only problem you are facing is your link being on a high PR website. Unless your uncle has one, you may have a problem here.
The SEO guys who say they can do it are more than likely to buy (rent) a cozy little spot on the home page of the PR 6 website for that occasion. That way they can always have it at their disposal when a customer calls and says they will pay $ 10,000 to get this new website indexed right away.
And while this may not be a completely bad thing, one should be careful whenever the topic of buying or selling text links comes into focus. Google will definitely punish any website for buying or selling text links, if it finds out about it. Your site will devalue and your ranking will hit rock bottom.
One piece of advice: don’t do it. Never buy or sell any text links. The risks associated with it are too great to even venture into.
