Are psychics and mediums Christians? Are clairvoyants religious by nature…or are they more new age in terms of what they believe? Does the type of religion YOU practice have any bearing on the type of psychic you really “SHOULD” see?

What do mediums DO believe about God anyway? And most importantly, does any of that matter… :-)? It amazes me how many people are “hooked” on the idea of ​​religious beliefs and how they intersect with psychic readings. From my point of view… It DOES NOT matter what a medium believes, and instead… it matters MORE what YOU believe!

Here’s what I’ve found to be the MOST important thing:

A good psychic medium has a unique gift that can help clarify and crystallize your OWN belief system, without violating your religious, moral or general convictions. I’ve had one medium, for example, give me a mind-blowing reading about a loved one who has “crossed over”, with specific details, names, dates, and even “insider information” that there was NO way they knew about. me, and this relationship… PERIOD.

Throughout the reading, the medium made religious references that did NOT apply at all to my particular belief system. Now, I ask you, does that diminish, deny or compromise the information that came to me from my loved one… using this medium as a vehicle for him to communicate with me?

I honestly don’t think it does.

What it means is that this medium, like all the others, used the symbols and language with which she felt most comfortable in offering me information. And in her world, her “God” turns out to be a little different than mine! It is important to remember that all psychics are human, and no matter how gifted, special, and talented, we all process information from the perspective of our personality, which is shaped by our life experience. (and that includes a lot of what we were taught as children…and for MANY of us, a big part of that is where our religious beliefs stem from)

The fact is that some of the MOST famous and well established mediums have very different religious convictions than I do. But that does not and should not diminish the quality of the information that is obtained during a reading. If you let it, you confuse the MESSAGE with the messenger, which when it comes to psychic readings are 2 very different things.. 🙂
