Samsung F210: Samsung’s music-enabled mobile phone

The market is full of music phones. There are so many options to choose from and most people get confused and end up compromising on one or another aspect of the phone. With Samsung F210, you don’t need to compromise. You get almost every aspect of a full multimedia phone in this device. It’s got an impressive form factor, a great phone with excellent battery life, a more than decent camera, and to top it all off, an amazing capability as a music player.

The phone can support almost all popular music formats. You get almost universal MP3 format support. This means that you can easily use music purchased from eMusic Store and Amazon MP3 Music Store. If you have copied some of your music in MP3 format, all you have to do is copy the music files from your computer to your phone.

Your phone also supports music in AAC and eAAC+ plus formats. The advantage of these music formats is that they can provide much better quality compared to mp3 format and consume almost half of storage space than standard mp3. You can buy iTunes Plus tracks from the iTunes Store and copy them to your phone. You can’t sync songs directly from iTunes like you would on an iPod. But then drag and drop is much easier.

Finally, the phone comes with support for Microsoft’s Windows Media audio format. You can rip your CDs with Windows Media Player and sync music to your phone directly from the software.

As for storage, there is no shortage of storage on this device. You get one gigabyte of storage space on your phone. More space can be added using the MicroSD card. The phone comes with FM radio as well as the ability to record songs that are broadcast on FM radio.
