Do the kids need to be picked up after soccer practice? Super mom to the rescue! Does dinner need to be on the table? Once again, Super Mom is here! A huge file at work that no one else wants to tackle? You know who will take care of it – your. With the stress of your everyday life, house cleaning is most likely the last thing on your mind. And yet it’s hard to ignore, as the proof of ignoring house cleaning for too long equals a messy, messy house, definitely not the happy haven you want your home to be.

Here, then, is a simple 3-step solution to finally solve the hassle of house cleaning. if you are a ‘happy bum’ like me just a fun laid back person who would rather do anything but clean then I might be the solution you were looking for.

The Simplified 3-Step Solution:

. Two daily cleaning bursts. what is a cleaning blast? A cleansing burst is an intense burst of cleansing: maximum results in minimum time. Try doing a burst cleanse in the morning and another at night. You decide how much time you can budget for each burst. Only five minutes? Penalty fee! If you’re twenty, great! Use a timer to keep track, and when it beeps, you’re done. During cleaning bursts, focus on cleaning and clean the impact areas first (the areas that people see the most in your home). Get the family involved, even if they only help out for a few minutes.

2. A daily focus room: The daily focus room is an area where you do a deeper clean. Create a list of focus rooms that includes storage areas. I recommend 10-15 minutes a day in your focus room, but if you don’t have that much time, just put in as much time as you can afford. If you have more time, go ahead!

3. A weekly cleaning for everyone: One day a week, you and your family finish up the rest of the house cleaning that didn’t get done during the week, or any larger jobs. Keep track throughout the week of areas that need the most work during your general cleaning. Assign chores to all family members. Again, set a time budget and use your timer to stick to that budget. Anything not done this week will be done next week, so don’t stress! Reward everyone for helping. (including yourself).

Why does it work? It’s simple, flexible, fast, and keeps you focused on the tasks at hand while you clean. So you get more done in less time and you no longer have to worry about cleaning. Do what you can and then get on with your life.

cleaning formulas

Cleaning formulas are not all that they are supposed to be. You would think, for example, that antibacterial cleansers would be your best friend. If it cleans and kills nasty bacteria, it must be good, right? Mistake, my friend! In fact, these cleaners can make bacteria more resistant and cause even more long-term damage. Also, the chemicals in many commercial cleaners are dangerous to children and pets.

Here are two great natural cleaners to get you started, using two essential ingredients for many home cleaners. That’s it, vinegar and baking soda.

Very Cleansing Vinegar

A fantastic multi-purpose cleaner. I use it for almost everything! Leaves glass and mirrors sparkling… excellent for cleaning surfaces.

In a clean spray bottle (not a bottle that has held other chemicals), pour 1 part white vinegar to 3 to 4 parts cold tap water. Shake the bottle well. This material is amazing on glass, mirrors, and all other surfaces in the home. And don’t worry, the smell dissipates quickly. If you want to add extra cleaning power, add a squirt of natural liquid soap.

Powder cleaner substitute

One ingredient: baking soda. This will replace any powdered cleanser you regularly buy. Baking soda is inexpensive, safe for you and your family, and much friendlier to the environment. Plus, it makes sinks, tubs, and tiles really nice and clean.

Cleaning no longer has to be such a hated chore. Using Happy Slob techniques, you can finally clean up in less time, while having more fun.
