The first weekend of September 2020, I went to my former colleague’s wife’s house with the intention of interviewing her on Facebook Live.
Her name is Sandy C and she recently signed up as one of my business partners.
She got into network marketing after seeing my success in the Facebook business and also wanted to create an additional source of income for herself and her family.
This is his story.
Sandy C works for a travel luggage manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur.
Six months after the first Movement Control Order (MCO) in Malaysia in March 2020, Sandy’s boss sent a company-wide memo.
The company is in financial trouble and may not be able to pay payroll.
Due to the national lockdown, the travel industry is at a standstill.
Since the company manufactures travel luggage, sales have dropped dramatically and the company can no longer support itself.
Sandy and all her colleagues were given 2 options.
They can resign or take half a month of compulsory leave without pay and remain employed by the company.
Fearing she wouldn’t be able to find another job if she quit, Sandy took the second option.
She works only 2 weeks in a month and indeed her income was cut in half.
Since Sandy has a young daughter at home, she was looking for a backup plan for herself and her family.
That’s why Sandy approached me.

Sandy joined my network marketing team a few months ago.
When she signed up, she bought some of the company’s products for herself and her daughter.
A couple of weeks ago, I ran into Sandy at her house. She mentioned that she and her daughter have had a good experience using the product.
It seems that your daughter’s coughing fit has subsided after she started taking the supplement.
These are great testimonials and I wanted to immediately do a Facebook Live interview with her.
However, Sandy refused saying that she is camera shy and wouldn’t know what to say.
I encouraged her to try and yet she still refuses.
I ran into Sandy again recently and told her I wanted to do a Facebook Live interview with her.
This time, she agreed.
The reason I wanted to do a Facebook Live interview with Sandy was to help her start growing her MLM business.

That was exactly what I wanted to do for Sandy when I met her at her house.
